An overview of new Nevada laws impacting medical practice in 2025. Covers prior authorization, telemedicine, physician licensing, reporting requirements, and patient care mandates.
Course Objectives
Upon the completion of the CME, attendees should be able to:
Recognize the two Bills promoted by the medical boards
Describe the two Bills of the medical boards and list important elements of those Bills, including:
When a patient is no longer a patient regarding a boundary issue,
Understand the email requirement of the NBME
Explain the requirement involving a routine physical exam of minors age 12 to 18.
